I was just wondering how long the newbie status last.

You are a junior member now Smiley

For all people wondering: you only need to wait 4 hours and make 1 post to get rid off the newbie statut

Make 14 posts and be active for some hours. That should do it.

Hey dude, though you have 28 activity, maybe you should revisit the newbie readme https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/newbie-readme-177133

Hopefully it only lasts a few hours, which should be enough time to find the answers to any questions you have.

Hope I can post in other sections soon. I'm an early bitcoiner but the other account is filled with too much gibberish from speculation. LOL.

Different topics, different information: 4 posts, 5 posts, 1 post.....  Undecided

I guess 1 post is correct.
OP has already gained the "Jr. Member" already.

so...newbie  14 posts will upgrade to member ?

I guess this post can answer your question. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/forum-rankspositionsbadges-what-do-those-shiny-coins-under-my-name-mean-178608
To get to member status, you need 15 activity, and activity is calculated NOT solely based on post count but also your register time.
