This is seriously funny. The Americans will be pissed with the latest incident. But they know that they can't attack the DPRK, as the latter is in the possession of several nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles. DPRK is too powerful for the Americans to attack.

They are trying to show their military power. But their leader is crazy, so I would not be surprised if they shoot a missile at South Korea or someone else.
Its very likely to happen knowing who their leader is.
