Even if they launched any missiles, they would be shot out of the sky before the left NK air space!
More than likely it would blow up within a few thousand feet after launch all on its own. They don't have the tech to launch a ICBM with a nuclear payload.
They're just desperate. Yesterday they showed a bunch of hovercrafts storming beaches in a show of force. Turns out all of them were photoshopped.

I think their end game plan is to launch a bunch of rockets into the ocean, then tell the people that the US is dead and gone, Rejoice!
Then they shut down internet access (blaming it on the US of course) while they switch over to their new local internet system full of news stories about how the US is dead and the whole world loves North Korea. Nobody will be allowed to leave the country (because so many people will want to live there now) and they will instigate the rest of their 1984 vision for total control of the people.
