NK won't actually do anything.  They're just the worst kind of attention whores the planet has seen in awhile.  It would be beyond stupid of them to actually do any of the wild things they've said.  The rest of the world will erase them from existence if they follow through.

See? that is where the tourists money went for. So if you visited that place you are just funding their idiotness. They are just making an issue again we know how crucial japan is when it comes to missiles and nukes.

There are also hidden activities the public is not aware of. Perhaps Japan is engaging in some sort of cyberwar against N Korea and this missile was a warning shot to say, stop.

You may recall the SCUDs from Iraq and how they fired them at Israel but could not aim them. That is likely the same state of the N Korean technology. They are more interested is fear tactics than build capability in secret and then being ready for war, like Iran and others.

If Kim Jong Un want to fight the Americans, then why he is trying to provoke the peaceful Japanese? Why can't he launch his missiles over Guam, Alaska or Hawaii? Doesn't have the balls to do that?

No. There was no other choice for the North Koreans. If they try to avoid Japan, then they may need to fire their missiles over China or Russia, which will make these nations angry. Another choice is to fire them over South Korea, but that will result in immediate war.

I think DPRK have the right test any technology for its security purpose but placing trajectory of their missile through an independent country is not a diplomatic gesture. There were plenty other trajectories that may have taken.

The DPRK knows they are under very real threat, so they are picking on the nice people of Japan who don't even have a standing offensive military. It is widely believed the DPRK they do not know how to hit a particular target. Firing over Japan is not the same thing as hitting Tokyo. Back to the very real threat, the US military is prepared to silence the DPRK when needed. China doesn't want that to happen. China likes to have N. Korea as a buffer. The Chinese will step in before it comes to blows - but if not, the job will get done.

I also see this news from my tv, I think north korea wants to show the world that their country can not be underestimated, north korea has often been reprimanded by pbb over missile launching, but north korea did not respond to the reprimand and still try to hold the missile . I think later North Korean missiles could circle the earth.

I think it is a warning and also preparation of war as well as north korea shows that they have strong war power and do not want to be underestimated, we see the future like what.

So many risky actions, but North Korea knows SK/JAP/US can't do crap, all that artillery pointed straight at Seoul, if the SK/JAP/US side initiates they can't take out all that artillery before millions in Seoul are shelled to death.

Would not want to live in that peninsula.
