No matter if you are talking about bitcoin or something else. There are always some people who are not agree with your investment plan some of them are right and some are wrong, they have some reason usually. For example, bitcoin haters say bitcoin doesn't have any value itself like gold and the price is only depends on the supply and demand is the market, but they forgot that the supply and demand gives value to anything, even when you are talking about gold, without of supply and demand, gold is worthless.

It doesn't really matter if other people no matter how rich they are doesn't support Bitcoin. The reason why they don't support bitcoin is because Bitcoin crushed their feelings, so their pride is resisting. I mean, they were thinking already about investing in Bitcoin way back when it's still not that skyrocketing, but they doubt it and Bitcoin prove them wrong every single day that's passing by.

What important is that those people who are supporting Bitcoin and those who are going to support Bitcoin in the future. Bitcoin doesn't care about them, so don't mind those kind of people.

Omicron is another FUD
everyone (politician, billionaire, businessman, woman, man) has a different view of Bitcoin (its future price or existence).  I never follow the news of billionaires or influential figures who don't like Bitcoin, following the news about them is just a waste of time.  investing is about gain or loss and not about feelings..

You shouldn't mind people like him and Warren Buffett has the same thought about bitcoin and it's much more than that. It doesn't matter if these well known people have their common about disliking bitcoin. They're not the only influential people that we can count on. We had the institutions and they're not ignoring it anymore.

What really matters is that we have our own stash. We're piling and getting ready if a bigger uptrend comes. Just don't mind those people and only mind yourself and keep stacking while you can, mind your business and let the HODL principle continues!

For me personally found that its the people who can not seem to understand Bitcoin who are the ones who doesnt agree with it.
Since Bitcoin is not such a easy topic for everyone to grasp like for example a credit card, it is easier for them to disagree with it then to learn about it and agree with it.
I have been surprised with some people who I think would agree with it since they are business people but still they dont think its worth learning about.

Can't please all of them plus everyone is entitled to their opinion/belief hopefully that still stands today. Cuban is a billionaire and he is just one of many, if he does not agree with bitcoin then there will be one or two who will agree. I do agree about his statement that bitcoin is not a hedge for doomsday scenarios, if taken to a literal sense, I would go for something practical rather than a bunch of codes when the society as we all know it collapse.

Pros and cons will always exist in a business, of course this is also very influential for the development of bitcoin.

Including one of the billionaires who say it, because the impact can go up and down. I think this is something that usually happens so far, everyone has the right to have their own opinion and determine for themselves which is the best for him. When it comes to investing, I think this also depends on the individual's thinking, considering that everyone's level of risk is also different.

I agree. There are lots of individual person that has their own explanation, beliefs and expectation in bitcoin. You can listen to them but you can't force them to like bitcoin if they reallu don't want. We all know that bitcoin has a lot of things to approved or positive idea. There are different person that into it today, and also becaus eof the recent achievement it reached.

Others might not that convince by the essence and idea of bitcoin but that is okay. And yes, one of the reason for me that people hate it is about the risk of this kind of cryptocurrency or digital money. Bitcoin might be a good investment when it comes to profits, businesses or personal matter but the chance or the percentage of risk is high also. You don't need to force someone to like it. Just tell them what is you thoughts and let them to decide wether they will go for it or rather stays hated it.

I think that statement is not unusual to us. Bitcoin has been around for 10 years and we're all aware that there are people who wouldn't believe us even if we lay tons of proofs that it has lots of potential. With that, I think we can say that bitcoin is not for the weak.

As that Cuban guy have said, it's volatile so just enter if you're ready to lose money. I guess that is true. But great gains also come from great risks. I know we want mass adoption. But we should not pressure people into liking it. We'll just waste our energy. Eventually, they'll also see what we see in bitcoin.

Well right now it's easier to count how many bitcoin haters we have left, it can't be compared to many years back when bitcoin was fighting the biggest war of survival, many haters I knew then are now investing into Bitcoin, the remaining haters will end up doing the same thing sooner or later, it's only a matter of time

Not everyone will support Bitcoin of course. We've seen such behaviour in our daily lives; just like not everyone likes you. Another example is Mark Cuban; an American billionaire entrepreneur. In 2017, he said that you should "only invest in bitcoin if you’re prepared to lose your money". We all know that bitcoin is volatile can that 'can cause' loss of your funds but... That statement is like saying you shouldn't invest in Bitcoin. Now earlier this year, in April, Cuban said that he'd “rather have bananas than bitcoin”. Now, in December, he said that his thoughts about Bitcoin hasn't changed.

That's because, his own perspective of "investing in Bitcoin" is to make his profit, and convert back in fiat.

He also said that "no matter how much bitcoin fans want to pretend that it's a hedge against doomsday scenarios, it is not". While researching, I learnt that one of his reasons for the hate is that he believes Bitcoin to be complex when it comes to usage. "It would have to be completely friction-free and understandable by everybody first." he said. But honestly, I don't see how Bitcoin is complex, all what we know was taught. He makes it look like you need a laptop to access / use it.

But IT IS. It's an "asset" you can HODL if you want to opt out from the current financial system, a financial system that might be unable to control it's own monetary system.

He's gone so far as talking his grandma out of it. “She was like, ‘Baby can you help me get me invested in this? Just buy me a couple of the bitcoin, and we’ll just hang on to them' ". This simply proves that some people won't just see the good in Bitcoin. So, don't talk anyone into it. I know he's not the only one who talks such about Bitcoin, but, we are not convincing anyone!

He believes he know everything, and from his perspective of "investing", he missed a golden opportunity to make his profit. Cool

Some billionaire or rich people also think the same. We have different minds, different opinion with Bitcoin. Mark Cuban is one of the example, it's just his own opinion, some billionaire too may disagree or agree to him.
That's why what the majority telling, don't invest all to Bitcoin or don't all in, or diversify to some assets. They may be true. No one knows the future of Bitcoin. But the innovation or technology behind Bitcoin is really amazing and I believe it will stay forever and will help our daily lives.

One thing is sure that we'll can't agree on something especially when it come to issue of technology, Bitcoin was a new technology when these comments were made by these men/women, but recently can't find them with such bogus words again becasue they have come to terms with the technology. What they refused to understand was that, Bitcoin can't be real, something virtual to take huge place in the real world was unbelievable to them sincerely.

It was long ago i discovered that, Bitcoin was made/created for the smart and not for the long aged dormant generation we find these haters of Bitcoin.

In every investment they have haters just like in the bitcoin they have a lot of people who are envy of bitcoin because this coin already successful. He is right also that you can invest only you can afford to lose because bitcoin is still risky even it is good opportunity to earn money.

Even other people is agree with bitcoin as long we are still here it is okay because we are the supporters of the bitcoin who protect from the haters and realize them how bitcoin is important.

Why should we care about the opinions of Mark Cuban?
There will always be Bitcoin critics and FUDsters. We are aware about the flaws of Bitcoin and the risks involved in crypto trading and investing,so we don't need opinions from the FUDsters, who repeat the same BS over and over again:"Bitcoin is too complex,Bitcoin is being used by criminals,Bitcoin is too risky,Bitcoin is a big bubble, etc."
All this FUD BS has been discussed many times on the forum. The FUDsters can't stand a chance in a debate against experienced Bitcoiners.
