TradebyTrade.com is an scam.

So the chance of getting your Dash is very slim. I do hope that you learn your lessons here, an expensive one. Why not trade on legitimate and trusted exchange out there though? Don't trust exchanges that doesn't have a review or trading volume that is too low.

Trade by Trade is listed on WorldCoinIndex. So I thinked that it is an Echange Server with trust. I past to research.
I ve opened 12 requests on the Support side, but no answer from an human, everytime the same autotext.

So I think that I get no help from there.
I can wait longer, but I dont believe that its solved automaticly.
I can forget my Deposit but I can see the Coins on hold with not yet redeemed

The question is, how can an hacker get coins from a wallet.
There must be an other way if hackers can do this.

I think it's a matter of time, if indeed the delivery has been confirmed but hasn't yet entered your wallet, there are several solutions I can offer:
1. report to the admin exchange that you haven't got redeem in your wallet.
2. waiting 48 hours
3. double-check your exchange, maybe you missed authentication on the exchange, so the system has a delay in delivery.
I have experienced this when withdrawing money at a bank through an exchange, I experienced a delay of up to 8 hours, the problem was with me, the account name on the exchange with the name on my bank book was slightly different,

The Name of the Exchange is Trade by Trade. I ve send BTC too, this wirks. But my Dash Deposit is not arrive my Wallet. Status not yet redeemed. I have try to reach the Support over their Support page, then over Messenger, Facebook and Twitter. But i get only Feedback over Supportside but only Autotext no human answer to my Problem.

I ve try to buy Dash on the Exchange with the BTC. It works, so I think my Wallet is active. But why I dont get my Deposit on this Wallet?
So I tell you, I ve checked it an its waiting with not yet redeemed.

Can anyone help me. How can I redeemed, I have no Idea. I ve read on Google that it needs an synch or update from the core.

Any utilitys with whom I can start an synch.

Pls Help

Ive never heard of any exchange named trade by trade,what youve done is what many newbies are doing which most times make them lost money to these new exchanges,newbies have been warned many times to stay away from new exchanges to avoid getting scammed,i hope writing to support will fix your problem for you,next time do not use any unpopular exchanges

I tried to browse the contact support and only this is available. But you meant that the answer is the supportside, not the human?
Actually, I also ever have a similar condition, contacting the support bot in another exchange, not the human answering, but fortunately, they really work solving it after contacting, although need around one day.

If the address of the wallet has been right and the status is still not redeemed, hopefully, it is only a matter of delay.
But, there are no other ways besides waiting for them to work exactly. Just hope that this exchange is not a scam. This is a new exchange, right? It is still not in CMC.
Yes, it isn't listed yet on CMC which means this is pretty new exchange.This is the problem in regards on trading or using up new exchange yet there are
lots which is more better when it comes to DASH market which is mostly trade in most big exchangers.Why would use up unknown ones?
This one is indeed an exchange issue, it shows transfer successful but the funds didn't credit up on your wallet then its a shady act by them if the said withdrawal address is correct.

If contacting the support didn't do well for your concern then try contacting them again. We can suggest on what you're going to do but we can't really do something about your concern unless someone reading here is part of tradebytrade.
This exchange is new to me so I don't know how their process goes and how good they are in terms of customer service.

It's not a good idea to trade on an exchange that is hardly known by trader's especially when they don't have a telegram support group or social media handle. You can try to find out if they have a mail that you can use to contact them.

Their social media channels seems inactive so don't expect to get a response there. The exchange looks good but I wonder why they haven't responded to you after submitting a request 14 days ago.

You may have to wait for your wallet to fully synced first. Check if you have incoming transaction.

Yes please, follow the suggestion of others to reveal the name of the exchange to us so we can help you better. I am guessing it's a recently launched exchange but fourteen days is a very long time already for an issue to be resolved.

If possible, open a thread on the scam accusation board and provide more details.

Transfer was successful but the Deposit is not visible at destination Wallet.
Check over https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dash/ give me the result that the sending was ok but not yet redeemed.

I can not reach the Support from the Exchange Site so that nobody help me.
So I understand this problem can solved over an update from the core or an synch.
But without an Support what can I do?
Any Ideas?

Can you drop the name of the exchange so people in the community will be aware of that?
Still try to contact the support and wait more time for the transaction to appear (i hope)! coz this is the only thing you can do.

Do they have Twitter or Telegram group? When I can´t find an email support or live chat, then I try these two platforms to get a support.
But why are you using this exchange? It doesn´t look trustworthy.

You can give it some time for the transaction to reflect in the dash wallet,some wallets are programmed to have certain amount of confirmations to show up,if you are sure the dash wallet is yours then it will still reflect.
