Welcome to the forum. Take your time to read and evaluate every possible detailed threads about rules and guidelines of the forum. Be wary of scams, don't go around following people promising to double your funds within the shortest period of time, it will likely turn scam at the long run.  Ask questions you are not very sure of.

The forum is to educate you and guide you, everyone was once a noob like yourself. Learning is a continuous process. Welcome once again. Tongue

Just remember not all Newbie accounts are actual "newbies"  Wink  A lot of these people lurked around, but never actually registered to post something on the forum. They might have been into Bitcoin for years, but they have not heard about Bitcointalk.org or they used one of the other Crypto currency forums.  Wink

Your advice is still good for the genuine newbies out there who signed up for the first time... but many of them will never even see your thread and some will see it, but greed will cloud their judgement and they will fall for these scams.  Angry

Yes, you are right.
This forum is really a place to learn, but they post unexpectedly to increase the activity without realizing that there is a way to income. Which is considered spamming. So I think you should read the rules of the forum and follow them carefully no matter what the purpose of the forum is.
Then one day it will be seen that the forum will be known as an honorable person.
Because everyone grows from small to big.

Well as the saying goes, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is." Don't be lured by "easy money". It's better to cherish the money you earned from your hard work for you'll value it dearly.

Your advice is very sound and it's not only for newbies here in this forum it's for everybody, but scammers are also good at creating scam projects here in this industry so many people have been victimized by these projects who looks legit but ended up scamming investors of their money and bounty hunters with their time and effort, we should all be aware and learned, whether newbies or high rank.

Welcome to the forum. Take your time to read and evaluate every possible detailed threads about rules and guidelines of the forum.
Sometimes I'm really fun of the facts that many newbies are lazy to read them. they only post a thread likely "Hi, I'm new here, please help me to know this forum".. And although they are led to the Beginners & Help, I don't think that they may read and search for basic information over there. Moreover, when after they made a post and left it without any replies again by them. So sad to know this fact, but this is such very common to find.  Grin Grin

Be wary of scams, don't go around following people promising to double your funds within the shortest period of time,
this is exactly one of the reasons why many newbies are the legit target of scammers. Moreover when they at first post thread about "how to earn money here? How to be rich here, I heard from my friend that we can be rich quickly here?"  Grin
Well, they may come to this forum to be rich soon. And then the scammers contact them to join their very super promising with very legit earning that make them rich overnight. but that is exactly a scam. this common to happen.

Actually, I don't blame the newbies. Some newbies are actually good, they follow the rules, willing to read and learn about the rules and regulation and all basic or important information in this forum. But, it is not all of the newbies can do this.

So, this is your choice as a newbie, to be smart newbie or a lazy newbie that comes here only to earn money quickly (but it is nothing to do)

The fact is, people try to come up with such threads in order to convey newbies and noobs what needs to be done and what doesn't, but newbies don't give a damn because of the false advertising being done by people bringing them here. False advertising like it's damn easy to make money on this forum by posting shit (which is why many newbies get nuked due to plagiarism or never get merits due to spam). There are stickies here with almost all the needed information for newbies to understand what are they supposed to do, but who gives a damn to read when they are here just for the sake of money?

You are very right, before newbies can make good posts on this forum, he has to know about the forum, checking past threads will help and also learning about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Newbies have to be submissive for corrections from stale members with excellent ranks, I have noticed many newbies, they did not want to admit and continuing making poor posts, these type of people will really find it so hard to rank up, he may not even earn a merit.

It is also good to work hard and to be patient, this are required on the forum, you have to learn and enjoy learning about bitcoin, if you are patient and hard work making quality posts, this forum will be easy for you.

Also, newbies should know this forum is not for making money, also not for making bitcoin, this forum is about learning and if you are serious and have learnt to an extent, you will make posts that people behind you will also learn from.

It is extremely important that you read the rules and understand them, do not directly indulge in bounties from the beginning as you will earn peanuts if you do not rise the rank.

The more you indulge the faster you will learn. Help others if you know the answer, ask questions if you want to know the answer.

You will going to succeed here in Bitcointalk because you have a good motivation and goal why you are here in Bitcointalk, so many newbies are joining just for the bounty and how they can make money on this forum, they have no real goal but only to promote bounty projects and some of them did not even do research on the project they are promoting.

Yes you are right, Reading through laid down rules and regulations is a criteria for Success in any community, bitcointalk forum is not exception.
Many who fall victim of scam are as a result of failure to evaluate and weigh the information about what they see before going into it. Scammers are spread around all aspect of life, many fake projects popping up by second. Waiting to prey on your funds if you are careless.

You are absolutely right, the forum teaches you, you just need to learn.
Bounties start and end, but the skills you have will never expire.
I think you should educate yourself on the local board, and then help others. This is what BitcoinTalk means.

No one's going to give you merit sir.

Asking if they are not sure of what they will invest with is a must for the newbies. Sometimes they hesitate to ask questions if they don't know what they're entering, I don't know what particular reason stops them from doing so.

There's nothing wrong in asking if the investment is safe if they don't know the factors of what a scam investment looks like. Many newbies fall to this categories because they think that they're safe as if the investment they get in promises them returns and established with good rapport.

Well said, you know the purpose of this forum already, we are all here with the purpose of sharing information, gaining knowledge about cryptocurrency and blockchain that is why this forum has created, the earnings that we have here is only the bonus for us of the things we have done here. Always prioritize on how are you going to gain knowledge first before anything else.

Simple advise if you are a beginner and you are a beginner and you want to ask something, you should try to use a rhe search engine to avoid the same topic, it would help you to know if there is already an existing topic that is related of what you are thinking.

Knowledge is what we really need because it will help us a lot in the future and even now, if you are looking for some money then you should try some other online jobs, there are many online jobs right now because of this pandemic virus.
