Come ogni bravo creditore, filla il proof of claim, che rivedrai probabilmente una buona % di quello che avevi dentro. Non ha senso partire dal presupposto che non rivedrai nulla (anche se questa posizione comune mi da speranze per un'altra bancarotta).
Esatto, hanno spostato le scadenze per le richieste di risarcimento da novembre 2014 al 29 maggio 2015 e la data per gli accertamenti dei risarcimenti dal 25 febbraio 2015 al 9 settembre 2015
Purtroppo significa solo che si sono presi altri 6 mesi di tempo per fare dei controlli, si allungano solo i tempi di un "eventuale" speranza di rimborso (ma a mio avviso non daranno un cent a nessuno)
salve oggi ho ricevuto una mail da mtgox ma non ho capito cosa significa,secondo voi che siete più esperti di me cosa posso fare per sperare di recuperare qualcosa dei 2000euro che avevo dentro?
