I am here for the last about one year. I have read and also even experienced cheaters cheating and scamming innocent people. I think only more than 100% extra cautious people can survive and remain safe here.
Because account selling is allowed here; the person holding the account may claim having purchased it.

I usually would try to help anyone who was a not a scammer (not that I could help with this matter anyway). Which you do not seem to be.
However letting anyone else buy or use your account is not something I can say is responsible to other members of this board.
Especially a legend or hero account.
My fear about people selling or lending them out is that people could use that rank to gain some trust from others and that could potentially lead to scamming. I am not saying the account seller is essentially a scammer but it shows to me lack of concern for this happening. If I was new here and I thought I was dealing with a legend account I would probably trust them more than if I realised they hacked or bought the account the day before.
I do not support account sales or hiring out on that basis. I have actually seen accounts flagged with neg trust for this which I do semi agree with actually or at least some indication that person running that account now is not the person that gain the legendary rank.
I think it will be unlikely to get your account back.
Although I am not judging you. If a person is in desperate need of money then only they can know the pressure they are under to take certain actions. It is sad you lost your legend account I hope you can rebuild a new account over time.

I know what i did is wrong, thats why is just want everyone know if that account is not under my control. May be its to hard if i want build new account like that because need long time and so many merit point to be legend member. I hope thats is my first also my last mistake in this forum. I really dont want to selling or hiring that account (if someone can acces that account pm you will find, someone ask to buy my account in pm but i answer "i wont to sell this account because trust is more than everything" in pm). I just need money to pay my loan with parodium that time, but its too late and my account was gone. So if someone deal with that account thats not me.
Also im so sorry with bitcointalk community and bitcointalk admin about my mistake, I really sorry about that.

It will be hard for you to recover that account OP. I bet DT also will have difficulties to tagged your account for negative trust because stories could be made up. We can't really figure out the whole story of the account because there might be another version for this like you just sold your account to that someone and wishes you can get it back by posting here in this section.
If I were you OP post more evidence to convince the DT's around that are also reading your post like provide screenshot of the conversations being made from the one who let you borrowed money from. A screenshot also for your loan on Parodium so as to prove your story right that you have been to a loan with that user. Gather it all here and post in this thread you made. For sure there could be a high chance that your account will be recover by letting that account tagged with red trust and you will have to deal again like paying that someone you owe with interest might help him/her to push through the deal. Just make some effort so that you can take back your account. You have a good rank in that account but sad to say it is in the hands of the other user.

At this point I doubt if a DT will be able to leave a red trust on that account,as there happens to be no proof of the details of the deal/agreements,we could be sure it's your account,but we do not know under what circumstances you gave the account out..

Already the old address was verified and if we see the trust page of Apriand the we can find that email and password were changed recently so it is a sign that account was changed hands.It's simply your word against whoever is in control of it....
Any way that account will be tagged forever because which is same as account selling and will not be trusted by our DT members.

I might not be in the best position for this but from my view you saw bitcointalkforum as a means to achieve wealth(bounty hunting) alone that's why you offered it as a collateral in the first place you bastardized it by that action and it's totally wrong. I hope you get it back and refrain from such
So in other words,the account was used as a collateral to collect a loan from the said individual,judging by your input above, or a swap deal for money,in exchange for that account for a month,probably for a signature bounty campaign(hardly anyone ends in a month though), as the loanee would be able to rack up much from it(7 stakes precisely per week)

Try to convince current holder. I think current holder will contact you if any DT tag account.

Actually that account doesnt really hacked, but i get chaeted about that account. I was busy that time, and need money to pay my loan with Parodium. Then someone call me in telegram (he is from my country) to help me. He give me little money to pay back my loan but he want that account under his control for a month. all deal and he call me almost everyday, but after a month my account not back to me and he runaway, all social media (telegram and whatsapp deleted by him) and i lost my account. May be he already sell thats account, but i sent pm for apriand about who control that account also no respond.
I know its my mistake, may be its almost impossible to get back that account for me (although still hope in my mind because only that one my account here, and this one my alt). But at least everyone know, if that account isnt under Apriand control, so if someone deal something with that account not deal with me.
