I've already got CMerits and dMerits, and now I have invented aMerits. These are archive merits, and are only available for Juniors.

Post links to the best comments that you made over a month ago, and that haven't received any merits. You can submit a maximum of 5 entries, and you can only make one submission post in this thread. Here are the rules/guidelines

- No images, heavy text formatting or excessive colouring
- No bounty, ICO or ANN bumps or posts.
- No full quotes over half a dozen lines
- No all caps stuff
- Nobody that I've got on ignore
- No bots, bums or anything else that relates to that part of the human anatomy
- Nothing posted after 26th of June

This thread is self-moderated, so I'll delete any posts that are off topic, or TwitBook spams.
I just to want ask something...You ''big'' members are always saying that merit need to avoid scam posts, to make posts better quality and etc. But..what i found today, im not done any research, just lets say few random chats , twitter accounts... People are selling merits, people are giving merits for sign up in some wbsites on them refferal links...I mentioned only two things, there is even more. So is this really helping for all forum, or even for some new members, who dont want too pay for merits?
Thanks for a any answer Smiley

The first one is a bounty post, and I don't award those, sorry.

Removed it from the list. Kindly recheck back. Thanks

I was really looking for Bitcoin and crypto related posts. Also your posts had a slightly uncomfortable English structure. They are good enough to understand, but you may want to improve the flow. If you care to join fit to talk, we'd be happy to help you with that.

Thank you for taking your time out to check out my posts. I appreciate your words. I will keep that in mind and in future if i am able to create some good posts regarding Bitcoin and crypto i will let you know.

I gave you 5 sMerits under my cMerits scheme. You need to review your opinion of Amazon though. Many consider they were the cause of the demise of Toys r Us, following a marketing agreement that Amazon used to sell against the company, rather than helping it. Amazon is a major globalist organisation, and a very destructive force in national economies.

A lot of the other members' posts talk about ICOs and airdrops, and I don't encourage those.

Another nice initiative by "JC" but don't you think the name of sMerits is enough rather getting too complex by introducing CMerits, dMerits and aMerits. Hey JC some members didnt even bother to read the rules of this thread. They just see the title (Oh no Its Merit giveaway by JC) and posting  Cheesy(RAMSHIVDEEPAK is already a Member)

I've occasionally tried branching out into other boards that I don't generally read to see if there is anything useful being posted there.
I think that's when you should give a try for dMerits Wink( like "Jet Cash" did it for the Spanish board through "seoincorporation").

The end result, is I still have 100 sMerits... and I can't seem to find a good home for them. Maybe I'm too "picky"... but I genuinely don't want to give merit out just for the sake of giving merit. I want to reward users who are contributing in a meaningful way and whom I consider to be an asset to this forum.

I had to agree with you, some members tend to give sMerits just for sake of giving Merits. Also, some members(I'm not saying you are) just HODLING their sMerits without awarding to the posters actually worth to getting few Merits. Sometimes their work cannot be categorized as exceptional, but at least they are not the Twit book spammers or underworld bounty hunters. I think Merit system didn't introduce for finding only the rare gems like DdmrDdmr, theyoungmillionaire etc..but to throw away the spammers, discourage spammers. Finding those rare gems is an added benefit for the betterment of the forum (Actually true well-wisher of the forum always do what they normally do with or without Merits and Merits just give them additional shine where other members can identify the real gems)

congratulations you just merited someone who has been advertising that ICO. that account was created to literary advertise it. 95% of its 43 posts in 14 days of its lifetime was about that ICO and the account was thrown away as it already had its usage.
the token is nearly dead today too. Wink

Well this shows that we need to take some action to help people to award merits. So far in this thread, I've got a couple or three members that I've got on ignore, and some posters who have submitted lists with the first post promoting ICOs. I don't really have time to do an analysis of every member before awarding merits, and I just have to go by appearances if I haven't got them on ignore. The paucity of replies in this thread would seem to indicate that most Juniors don't think that they have made any decent posts anyway.

Maybe I should stop wasting time hunting for posts, and just award them for my various projects, and posts that I happen to come across whilst I am reading interesting threads.

nah, i was just joking. you have actually been doing a good job encouraging people to improve their posts quality.  i specifically liked the idea of those topics that you start a technical question/discussion and encourage people to do some research and learn a thing or two about bitcoin and how it works.

Sadly, it isn't much easier when you wait for the good posts to appear on your screen... Undecided

I've tried actively looking for posts by opening threads I honestly have no interest in, just to see if there is anything merit worthy... I've tried stalking other users "Post your links for sMerit consideration" threads (like this one). I've occasionally tried branching out into other boards that I don't generally read to see if there is anything useful being posted there.
