for me it's better to buy now because the market value is low. so when you buy and increase the market value you can sell it for more money.
Maybe you could wait for the price to come down again. because the market is still potential to drop its price. If the rates are down you can invest, with so many more you will profit. You should be able to utilize every opportunity and produce strategies to trade.

Agree: we can buy now but for some part of deposit, for example 33%, because if the market will continue to fall we will buy more crypto much cheaper for another 33% of deposit and we will have last 34% to buy the last dip. It's the safe buying tactics.

Red days isn't an opportunity at all, it may sometimes give us losses cause it happen in some coins that can't recover anymore and just be buried in low value. Hope eth future won't be like as many people are still on the trust of its potentiality.
It's not clear to say anything about for buying or selling; everyone should think twice and make their own decision, nowadays all of altcoins are still losing some power. Maybe its better to wait or time to buy. I belive that the recovery time of all cyrptos will continue for a while. Then we'll see what's gonna happen then.

I agree at all and I have bought a lot as well, I find current buying very profitable doing for the future and they could help to make money much easier as well as they are.

Yes, not is the perfect opportunity to buy some of the best coins and altcoins all because of the market price down. It could certainly give you almost ten to twenty times the profit when it become stable. So better find some good coin and buy it as of now and hold it for a long term.
