No need to rush to buy even now, when it seems that prices have already fallen very much. I am sure that there will be another price drop when it will be possible to buy even cheaper. I will wait for the next fall to buy more.
Prices of cryptocurrency are low but it is too risky to invest.
Eventhough the prices cheaper I don't think it is good to buy because we don't really know which coins to invest that it will you earn a profit.

2018 was a prefect time to start investing into crypto currencies and you still have such an opportunity because the market has not recovered yet. I am pretty sure that in the second half of 2019 we would see a completely different picture.

yes, I have also bought a lot of coins because now the coin prices dropped together so I can later be used to invest but, I hear now the current price of coins has begun to crawl up again this year seems to be another golden year for coins and ethereum which had come down now also began to crawl up.

A typical investor is always riding on the market trend that means when the market is down he or she took advantage on it, that is the reason why a trader is always making a profit, and when the market is up it's a time for profit taking. By this time, market is favourable for investing just that we need to carefully understand the project we are investing into.
Looking at the good news surrounding crypto of late, the continues dropping of coin prices is questionable. I believe the prices are being manipulated by some trading bots.

in my opinion whenever it's time to be able to buy and start investing with crypto currency and in my opinion confidence and patience are the capital needed in investing with crypto currency if we are sure and our determination is round I don't think it needs to wait time

Of course you can invest, you can take some altcoins but just remember the risk management not to lose most of the money , I think 5-10 percent of the Deposit can be bought but do not wait for a quick profit A new bull run is expected soon and all coins will flourish again so yes now is a great time to buy
I don't think the coins are gonna start growing soon, but right now, you have to buy coins for the future, because the prices are good on the market. 
Oh man I hope you didin't buy on september as this thread is from then. Now it would be a good time to start buying but do go all in as you can still speculate some prices as bitcoin continues to swing from a range to another.
