But future is bright as long as you don't stare at the sun but look at the horizon

Future is now. We are the future and future of Bitcoin is in OUR hand...

Probably not, I would not be surprised if you are looking straight at the sun, right now.

Because 120$ is where we came from August 2013 - the real price.

That was a year ago.  I realize you day trader types intentionally do nothing to read about the infrastructure or goings-on in the industry, but a lot has happened since August 2013.

Therefore $120 isn't the real price anymore.

-B-

ehm, do I miss something ?

All the news and goings-on since month now are bad news.
Bitcoin core errors
hackers
cheating, scams and bank / country bans.

So where is the invention ?

http://www.coindesk.com/ read this, daily. You will notice that the good news outweigh the bad news by a good margin.

We are not at the bottom yet. There's still too much hope and positive expectation within the community. There will be another rise, but optimists have to give up first. It's good for stability to get rid of the short term speculators.

Ah yes, illusive Wall Street. Wall Street has been moving in for 6 months already, right?
Can't really see them though.

It looks like Bitcoin will fall lower.

The China-Russia-Iran deal subverting the petrodollar is going to impact everything. I bet a lot of money is migrating into gold, plenty is being sold to cover income taxes on all coins mined by US citizens to date.

Bitcoin isn't anonymous and the IRS has most of the exchanges by the short hairs...

Don't get me wrong; Bitcoin will be pumped by the institution. It's the most powerful financial tracking tool ever created. The allure of a potential global financial instrument which records every transaction without individual anonymity is overwhelming.

Bitcoin will be valuable, but not for the reasons I think it was created...

Haha, no risk. I am a newcomer here but have been watching bitcoin for a couple of year already.
It's fascinating to follow the rise of cryptocurrencies.
It's entertaining to look at this forum.
It's sad to see what Bitcoin has become

8/13 Gox was in the game manipulating the price upwards and the Chinese were free to buy and sell all they wanted. What makes someone think the price today should be higher than $120?
Merchants don't give a shit what the price is since they cash out instantly - they see it as a vehicle, not an investment. This whole infrastructure argument is lame.
