This is sure to make people flock to follow the hype of this metaverse and hope to make a profit. but unfortunately there are some irresponsible people who take advantage of this moment to create trash and fraud projects. this can be seen from the many projects with metaverse appendages. I don't hate the many projects in the metaverse industry, but we have to be very careful, even when doing our due diligence

scammers quite literally exists in every corner, right now it’s metaverse that getting infested with so many scammers like a parasites but in the past it was defi because it’s also the trend.
this is the exact reason you should make any proper analyzation and knowing the project first before making any decision relating in putting your money for investment.
in metaverse, usually the projects offer a product that is in form of a game like the existing newer projects that are in category of metaverse, they usually have finished products that they gonna be offering.
because of that you could just simply review their products before hand and if you find out any fishy things and maybe even the product itself is that of low quality, you could just refrain from investing in these metaverse projects.

The new trend was triggering the scammers. I would not be surprised if that was happening but the problem is so many shit coins hunters are making the scammers never feel tired to create more and more scam tokens. It can be said that some people are actively pouring the scammers with their money caused by these people wanna get fast money from there as fast as they can. open your eye and do good research before taking that risk... Meta this and mate that are the most dangerous projects today, stay safe.
I hope that those meme token hunters will open their eyes caused so many scam tokens are exist in the market right now. 
This is why I stick with ETH, polkadot ecosystem, avalanche, NEO and few serious projects in the space, 90% of new tokens and coins are just catching cruise with people's money using words (promises) as their ultimate weapon, I've been here since 2017 I've seen enough, new tokens and coins aren't something I want to keep, I will only invest for short term gain.
