Recent laws in Kansas (July 1, 2013) have removed the blade size limit, and you can now carry daggers, dirks, switch blades, etc of all size and can conceal them. So if any Kansas folks want to buy any of these, you are perfectly fine. Unfortunately, throwing stars are still illegal in Kansas.

The card-sized foldable knife is available from the US again. It was sold out for a while, but is now back in stock.
The handle is made of aluminum, but the blade is stainless steel. Anyway, that knife is out of stock right now.

A credit card is 85.6 x 54 mm, and the credit card knife has the same dimensions when it's unfolded. The blade length is ~65mm along the sharp edgeThen that should be fine in the uk might get one
I recommend it. I ordered one from GlobalBTC and use it as a box cutter for around the house. Easy storage, good durability.

Not a genuine one. I might be able to list something looking like it. It would be considerably cheaper, but not the same quality.
