Hitting $10k mark is a difficult task and I am sure that is not going to happen anytime soon. Definitely not within this year. I like your positive nature and we need more people like you who have a positive outlook towards bitcoin. But technically speaking, it is not going to happen in this year. Probably by the end of next year we may see that bitcoin price is moving towards 10k USD.

I don't want to discourge you but to reach 10k USD, the market cap needs to be at least 1.3 trillion USD for bitcoin which is way higher than the GDP of majority of the countries. To reach that market cap, bitcoin needs mass adoption. However, like you, I will also hope that bitcoin price will reach 10k USD mark pretty soon because then I will be able to call myself rich.

Possibly bitcoin will hit $10k this year ends, but not this november. With the current movement of bitcoin Im positive it will reach the target to $10k. Bitcoin will continue to rise even more this year, so let's watchout the price then.

It may happen sooner, we are already above 6000 dollars and in 2020 we get another halving that is going to add 1000 or 2000 to the price months after the halving so as you can see we are not so far from the goal and if the lightning network is a success then more business will accept bitcoin and that will be enough to reach the goal of 10000.

I expect that BTC price can easily be doubled in 2018 based on this year price increase from 1000$ at the beginning of this year to these day where we have 5000-5800$ despite one hard fork who has passed,and more hard forks to come.Some may say this price increase have something with new created bitcoin cash or new bitcoin gold,maybe there is a little truth because people buy more BTC to profit with new coins.But the reasons are much more than that,BTC is become more interesting to big players and there is much more interest from governments to regulate cryptocurrency and this is help to wider adaptation.

As we can see price is easy moving up/down 1000$ in just a few days so to hit 10000$ is not so hard task.Things will be much clearer after hard fork and
and if all goes well rise of BTC to 10k can start.

you're asking for a impossible thing. bitcoin has only a possibility of hitting the $7000 barrier before this year end and it will grow up to $8k at the mid of the month of january just like what happened last year. bitcoin always amazed me. now we're at $5700 barrier hope we could reach $6k even before the fork .

Yeah bitcoin will be more popular by that time and many new companies will start adopting bitcoins and many more people will become aware about it which will take demand to higher level and it will directly contribute in taking price higher and as we know that bitcoin is full of surprises so we may see that price even before 2020.

I would not really say Dimmon has shut his mouth yet cause he still seems angry his words did not make any impact and he is still talking based on the recent news on CNBC. However, he is a Jackass (no need being modest about it) and he would definitely end up getting what he deserves at the long run.

I only pity those who are taking his word for it knowing it is a piece of shit, and I am sure Dimmon has a wallet somewhere with BTC in it and that makes him a hypo!

Yeah I think Dimon is definitely a hypocrite. He's trying to divide and concur saying he loves Blockchain but hates bitcoin. He's basically just saying he only likes blockchains that his company is invested in and stand to make the most profit from
