Assuming you're being truthful, it's seems like the payment processor has a bad estimation or asking additional fee. I think you need to find a better payment processor because I doubt people are comfortable to get asked for additional fee when they still need to send transaction fee to the miner.

Also, you need to address the the conversion rate issue mentioned above. If you take a fee on deposits then better mention it clearly so your customers become aware of it. Am also curious to know what happens if someone sends more or less than the suggested amount?

It occurred to me that you guys are really sensitive to new dice like this, and what you're giving is really reasonable.
