Around 400 to 700 lb (200–300 kg)* of explosive were used against the USS Cole and made 40 ft by 40 ft gash in the waterline.
None of the Popeye's warhead, fired by a submarine can make: a hole without deep damage with an entry point perpendicular to the side of the ship and centered on the waterline.
I take the Exocet missile for reference because he has a cruising altitude of 2 meters and can do entry point perpendicular to the ship's side (364 lb or 165 kg warhead with delay fuzes, with a Mach 0,9 speed.
It made a 9.8 ft by 13 ft gash in the USS stark, 37 sailors were killed,21 were injured (during Iran-Irak war).
the Exocet made also a 10 ft by 15 ft gash in the HMS Glamorgan 14 sailors were killed and more wounded.
A Popeye missile cannot do entry point perpendicular to the side because its trajectory is falling and not parallel to sea like the Exocet.
A Popeye missile, regarding the location of the gash, should have done enormous damage and not a flat but large hole.

There is no question that this cult controls Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia. It probably controls Russia, China, India, Japan and South America too.
