Is the pool finding any blocks, seems like the whole network is being controlled by solo or a pool no one knows about
No blocks anywhere on any pools I have been able to find. Solo mining still shows blocks being found on the network. Crazyness. That is some serious hash power to shut everyone out.

Current network hashrate is > 500 MH/s. So I'm betting on one or more multipool which switched to sexcoin because it is by far the most profitable coin since this morning.
1 multipool can easly do 200 to 300 MH/s, thus destroying the network for everyone else.

For cryptsy, explanation is simple : every order is put in a queue which is FIFO or rather First submitted First processed.
So if you are cryptsy server, have an insane lag, and cannot process orders as they're submitted, you can very well display much lower sell orders than buy orders.
For a buyer, submitting a higher buy order does NOT mean that you will get all the cheap sell orders. The guy who submitted a cheaper buy order before you and was also eligible to get those sell orders will get them before.

So if you want to get SXC's no matter what, you can place a buy order for a totally fancyfull amount, just to be sure that nobody will dare put more, which will secure your buy of the cheapest sell orders available in the queue when it's your turn, not knowing what they will cost, but it should be ~ current market price as seen in the trade history.

Yes, cryptsy is totally fucked, and you cannot know the sate of the market with this lag.

Should be better when all Europeans are tired of it and go to sleep at 2/3 AM

Great. thanks for your feedback.
does anyone can Connect ?

The Pool is working. You get Sexcoin. I have to Update the Text.

I can't get the confirmation email, so I can't confirm my account. Email address is fine and correctly entered.

Does anyone know when we will have the LAVAPIT faucet up and running again? I really miss it a lot now. Cry I don't even want to log on to skype because all my friends will be harassing me lol and asking where it has gone. Finally 100 coins went on sale in cryptsy and bought 200 in for cheaper waiting for buy order to go through..let's see what happens.

Hashco.ws moved in with over 1.5Gh/s about 1-2hrs ago.

It's no longer mining SXC, though.

Makes sense

Has the difficulty not caught up with the sudden hash increase? No pools are working or finding blocks

I wouldn't be terribly surprised, since the Network hashrate went up 20 fold, or so, in less than eight hours.

Still says the network is detecting blocks at the normal rate while I am solo mining. Lavajumper is getting confirmations but no new blocks. Thinking some big hash moved in. Did one of the multi pools pick up SXC?

I started solo mining, it says the network is still detecting blocks. Not on any pools though. I wonder if someone with a damn hash farm moved in and is mining solo. They are out there, people with over 100k hash

In the meantime, mining the bloody coin seems fcked. No blocks to be found..

I've been mining my own pool non-stop, and I'm still getting payouts every few minutes.  Although the payouts themselves are certainly not what they used to be.

Also, I am in progress of setting up a bigger server to handle the new load.  Should help to improve the situation.  It will automatically switch over once its ready.  The transition is supposed to be seamless.... but we'll see...

What is going on with SXC at cryptsy?

My orders aren't getting filled even though the buy orders should more than cover it

And there's some crazy orders coming in... people paying 10x the price, in decent quantities too
I was wondering that myself..I can't seem to be able to put in any sell orders for the coin..Just wanted to sell 100 for test run.. Smiley
