Under the conditions in the OP?, were not you done with the testing?, I am in South America, in case you want to test the performance for a different region (I have no idea where is your server located or where were your previous testers from, though).
Same conditions. Not done still open. For now doesn't matter where you are located want to make sure the video clips spin/no errors for people.
