Monaco also promising cards almost 2 years already. So I will believe only when I see card in my hand. And I want to know some confirmation from members here - who received cards already?

And why is the number of cards this confidential information? The number of users has never been confidential information. On the contrary, it can be used as a marketing, about the popularity of the service.

We are not shipping in France yet, only Singapore residents are receiving cards at the moment. Perhaps the people you are referring to had their cards sent to them in Paris or they brought their cards along.

So apparently MCO is not returning the tokens to their users after the lock up period due to a "bug". Anyone can confirm? If true it's just super dodgy.

Anyway unless you have a card there isn't really much you can do with tokens right now. I seriously don't think my country will ever get the card, since it isn't large or tech embracing enough to be a target market.
So the people who locked their tokens 6 months ago: MCO tokens value divided by almost 2, no card unless in Singapore and can't get their tokens back because of a "bug". Seems a bit harsh.
As mentioned, it is an isolated incident and only affected some community members. We do have many cases where people successfully unlocked their tokens.

Yes you are right these VISA branded cards could be had at very low cost but these Monaco scammers fooled $26 million in the ICO investment which as not even needed. Any company can apply for VISA branded cards and get them for less than a few hundred thousand US$
