Minexcoin announced their bank.     Monaco will be dead in 3...2...1

Now we are in to October 2018 and have been waiting since July 2017 for the VISA crypto cards....

Their failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his "team" have all become multi-millionaires overnight thank to the ICO without declaring how much of the company they own.

Failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his "team" never explaining why no financially linked bonus milestones were added in to the whitepaper so if they failed to achieve a milestone such as releasing the cards in a  particular country by a particular date then they would forfeit a percentage of their Founder MCO tokens.

What a scam...

At least the website and youtube videos look nice!

And at least they aren't like the centra team...

Where are we on the VISA card?

Yes it seems to be a sophisticated scam because of the delays but that does not mean they will never release a VISA crypto card, all it means is that the team and their failed CEO Kris Marszalek have been negligent. If the time ever comes that they release cards then maybe their market space will be occupied by others who caught up and released their VISA crypto cards first.

About the Discord and Telegram yes you are right, the admins ban and kick people if they ask questions that they do not like or if people criticise any aspect of the project. I agree with you, most of those fools on their Discord and Telegram channels are blindly devoted to a project that has no end product after 15 months of the "team" living off the ICO funds.

What you have to know is those "admins" and "moderators" are investors who are hoping for MCO to succeed, they will dump the Telegram and Discord channels as soon as they sell up and get out so everybody is in it just to maximise their gains regardless of what they say to others they have to pump nonsense statements on a regular basis.

MCO has a great marketing team. Sadly, they are only great on marketing. Not on developing. That's a fact.

Thank you for your post Ivanofffff. You are right in what you say but having said that the truth is even if they send cards out to Singapore users in October the fact is they would be 15 months late from their initial date of delivery.

The plus side would be that at least the cards have been sent to one country and they can start planning on sending more cards out to other countries but there is a massive down side too. Failed CEO Kris Marszalek has allowed competitors to get in to a much stronger position to tackle the same core business space that Monaco intends to occupy.

On top of that failed CEO Kris Marszalek has spent millions of the ICO funds on unnecessary expenditure such as purchasing crypto.com domain, hiring new staff, releasing useless exchange apps, pathetic press releases and expenditures related to the "development and testing of the cards" including travelling around with all expenses paid trips from the ICO funds going all over the Far East to make test purchases with the test VISA cards therefore the funds to fight back against competitors is already diminished because of mismanagement.

Add to that they the ICO was oversubscribed, they received 71,000+ ETH which was around $26 million at the time. Thne failed CEO Kris Marszalek decided to change the rules and diverted from the whitepaper. It clearly stated 3,333,333 tokens were to be created and that the founders were keeping 833,333 for themselves but they created 31,587,682 MCO instead and NEVER explained to anybody how they were going to be split.

The pathetic user that I have on IGNORE, I only read his post because it shows in your reply. He claimed there are live Q&As with the team but he is writing nonsense. Those questions are sent to the Reddit team in advance and get picked out, censored and filtered then are put forward to the "team" that give out a video response.

He claims Reddit and Discord are active and stated that MCO users are not really active here yet he continues to post here? Easy to understand why I had to have that fool on IGNORE. You are right, it still unclear if there will be cards sent out to users in Singapore or elsewhere. Maybe those continuing to believe in this so far unsuccessful project might look silly if there will never be any cards, it is 15 months delayed at the moment.

Yes the admins do ban and kick people on their telegram but as far as I know the Monaco owners to not operate the Monaco telegram, instead they handed it over to early supporters to run.

In telegram. Also I asked why they are using video redactors at videos about cards. It's is possible to see cut on  videos.

it is really shocking news. Monaco was a very good project when they finished ICO they reached to the hard cap. their token price was also 9$ once and it was in top 100 Altcoins in CMC (it is still in top 100)

About their CEO I don't know what wrong he did. but one thing I am sure he's still active and not disappeared like Centra Card and other scams. he recently attended some Events and conferences and gave speeches there.

MCO fails to provide their BINs and banned me in the chat for asking that.

They received VISA partner program status through Wirecard in November 2017 but they have been announcing since July 2017 that the VISA cards will be sent out to users in August 2017, then said September 2017 and then said "soon"....

The failures at Monaco have taken everybody for a ride but just the "team" have enjoyed riches beyond their wildest dreams while they live off the ICO funds
