The price will collapse within weeks because their is NO product. The whitepaper was all about a VISA crypto card but after reading for a year since July 2017 that it will be released soon from August 2017, nothing happened. Nothing will happen. The "project" is run by incompetent people.

It seems VISA does not want to get to cozy with crypto because in the end ultimately it will eat in to its core business so there might be some regulations coming in that would affect crypto-debit card systems.

Anyway, anything that CEO of Monaco (Kris Marszalek) is involved with will collapse and head the same way that the failed company called "Ensogo" went. It was under investigation for fraud when it was shutdown. Do not trust Kris Marszalek or Monaco because he was also CEO of Ensogo.

That is what Kris Marszalek the CEO of Monaco has done. They are not even giving real reasons for delays, something big is going on so they have started to employee a host of new people for new projects and spending on advertising it but they are not actually spending the ICO funded money on the product the ICO was intended for: VISA card

This project is already dead thanks to CEO Kris Marszalek, their failed CEO. I feel sorry for the investors.
