If you truly believe in this project, there's no need to panic. You can either wait this out and hold till VISA approval is obtained or sell and sit on the sidelines, follow that issue develop closely and buy when u know it's gonna happen.

It's totally fine to have the VISA approval still in the works and just launch the APP today, but people need to know this well beforehand. In your whitepaper, you need to explain exactly what "going live" means.
Anyways, if you are not able to wait this out, it's fine to sell and fight another day. Maybe you will forgo some profit, but at least save yourself the psychological tormenting. Most importantly, avoid wishful thinking. If you just WANT price to rebound it's not gonna happen; there has to be some good reason for it to happen.

Is MONACO app currently Geo locked? I tried searching at both iOS store and play store but was unable to find the app.
