My wife was very fond of Castle, and I watched it with her from the beginning to the end of the series. All eight seasons. It was enjoyable mindless entertainment, but what a waste of a talented actor. If only Fillion had been able to do eight seasons of Firefly instead. Sigh.
At least we got Breaking Bad - which qualifies as American Shakespeare, with all due respect to The Sopranos. I am rewatching BB from the recent AMC Sunday marathons, 15-20 minutes at a time while I eat breakfast. Here's the all-time-classic scene I watched this morning....
