For what can the token be used? If there isn't a practical use for the token I doubt it will higher.

Don't think so, i bought at 35k it's now at 36,9. We are at the floor, It's going to raise. I talked with a guy like you a month ago about Dubai Coin. He told me that it was a real shitty coin and it's going down. I didn't listen to him, I bought at 20k and I sold at 180k one month later. MCO is undervalued like DBIX was. I know it's hard for people like you who bought at 3$ but at 0,73$ it's really time to buy

What was Monaco price in $/eth during with ICO? Current price tanked a lot

Their ICO was $3/MCO. Now it's only worth around $0.8, well, a lot of things happened and will happens, bounties distributed, dump from bounty hunters, and segwit will begin on Aug 1. I want to know do the investors are still in + or not...$0.8 and $3, i don't think investors in + now.

I estimate that they collected about 150k ETH from the ICO. At 180$/ETH they own 27 millions USD. So it's the most undervalued coin on the market. They have a great team and they are working hard to release their app and cards. Some users strarted to receive mails for their black cards and app will be released in August. So I decided to invest all my money in this project. I think x8 in 2 months could be reach (about 50 millions of cap) At 35k its the best invest in the crypto market.

so if you start a ico with premined coins , sell coins that are worth ZERO = you decide the cap from the investors and give back what u want ?

It seems investors will lose out a lot because $3 ICO price is now $0.799140 and #155 on CoinMarketCap
