What can I know is that price has dropped due to signature bounty reward distribution.
I can't see any fraud-warning article or so,. so if you say that project is sinking only based on price it is weird..
Better give any article about possible fraud in  project if you have one..

I agree that we forget often that this is managed by a big professional Team and we should let them develop and do their thing and be patient. Why we invest and expect in one week to be millionaires I don't get it. My advice is don't sell cheap..

Yes. But it is only 1-2 months. That's a kind of very fast to set up and run the project like this.
Although, I doubt they will have everything ready till September.
It is more likely they will polish a lot of things in the process (including important ones like card limits etc.)
That's how real things done.
Only scam ICOs go faster: 2 weeks per ICO. Exchange introduction. Price crash. The end.

Everyone on Earth (almost) will be able to buy the Monaco card.
The question is about card limits. We should wait till September anyway to know details.

In general, TenX and MCO are going to be pretty similar.
The difference is that MCO is more profitable investment per buck (50% considering total supplies vs ICO price).
But a very few ppl on Earth know how to press buttons on calculator to know this... 
My personal choice is MCO.
I hope these paid trolls aggressively spreading fakes will crash MCO price even deeper while I am concentrating funds to buy in.
Though, I doubt it is possible.
In 2 days price should start growing as bounty tokens are being sold out.
