I'm not a contributor of Monaco card but from the very first beginning they said the mobile application will be released on 31 August 2017. And after that debit cards will be available to order. So what is wrong or inconsistent with road map? I can't see anything inconsistent here.

Yes they make plenty from premining ICOs and they link the value of the Visa card to the altcoin. In the case of Monaco Card, they could have created a business without creating a new coin by just allowing their Visa card to be topped up with Paypal or bank transfers.

It seems they connected the two to make money for themselves when it just was not necessary from a commerce perspective.

There are so many prepaid Visa/Mastercards out there and now allowing crypto with them too. The market will saturate and the value of investments will probably fall unless there are unique attributes

Why on earth would they go live without an app and with a 2 to 3 month wait before Visa cards are to be shipped out?

I think this coin is going to a bad drop this month and if the team will publish app and cards and if they work seriously at the project and for the community maybe the coin will start to grow in September or October.

The crash is in the air, personally I think I will risk to invest something in this project when the price will be around 0,8$ maybe the first week of august it will be.

Anyway I will not be surprised if the price drop till 0,10$ or less if they will not respect cards's delivery date.
