They will fulfill but unconvincing. The card was long ago can be able to be shipped but they don't. Something is really wrong on their internals that they are hiding to us.
Plus more importantly, the owner's and it's co-founders history of Tax Evasion as quoted below.
"Investigators discovered that Ensogo(Owned by Monaco Founders) electronically filed its withholding tax and VAT returns but deliberately, willfully and continuously failed to remit taxes withheld and/or pay the corresponding withholding taxes and VAT due thereon, whether electronically or manually resulting to [sic] considerable revenue losses for the government,"
If they hide that from their past company, what more can they hide with Monaco? They're not even in payment processing sector. What is really delaying them? That is the BIG QUESTION left unanswered.
