looks down for good,  thats realy bad cause Cozie had a superb server totaly outperforming anyone by a big leap.

I believe "no reg" pool + lost wallet is damage beyond repair. anybody can say: "it's mine sand it to my new wallet"

Cozie, please post your resolve of this problem here, it's important for safety of your miners to be super hard to claim coins to different address.

Ok I swore I would not get involved in this but:

PPS = Pay per Share. Miners are paid straight rate for every valid share they submit. The owner takes all the risk for runs of bad luck, as the pool pays out regardless of how long it takes to find a block. RPPS is a variation only in the sense that payout is delayed until a block is solved (and matured), used mostly by young pools who do not have a reserve built up and cannot pay out before solved blocks mature.
Pool operators usually charge between 2% - 5% fee to cover costs. The high percentage is due to the risk the pool operator takes, be aware that the owner is the only one that benefits from a GOOD luck streak , as they will make quite a bit more the faster blocks are found. (Owner pays miners less per block the faster they are found)

Proportional  = The value of shares is figured out when a block is solved. Coin base coins from the block are then rewarded based on the proportion of shares a miner has into a round (However long it takes to find a block). In this setup, the risk is on the miners. Operators tend to run these pools for free (collecting only the block fees) or in the 1-2.5% range.

Just a thought on my part: A mining pool is a for profit business venture, and with it, the business owner takes the risk. Great rewards (profits) or losses are a major part of the essence of running a business. Charging 8% (Unheard of these days) or threatening to raise rates if one does not "donate" to a for profit business is a sign of an owner that needs to rethink his/her business strategy. You will have competition soon, and people will remember these business tactics you are using now. It is perfectly normal for a new business to run  in the red for quite a bit of time before becoming profitable.
Just my two cents, take it or leave it.

Manual payout will be automatically enabled when the pool balance is above 100 NVC, you can see the current balance under "Stats"
If you request a payout greater than the reserve fund you will receive the maximum amount available

Not so many donations, as I can see. 

Due to bad luck (48h without blocks) and the 520 confirmation needed to get a block reward, payout are currently disabled.
Until now only 3 blocks are confirmed (42.6 NVC) and pool payout 302 NVC, i haven't other BTC for buy NVC and fill the pool, i already spent all i have (around 5 BTC), now more then ever all donation is welcome (if you want btc or ltc address pm me on forum)

due to bad luck and very little support from pool users i will raise at 8 pm UTC of today the min amount for manual payout to 10 nvc and 50 nvc for automatic payout, so if you want to request a manual payout you can do it now.

no, every share is payed, only your balance will be update after a block is found on the network

oh, so it os RBPPS, not PPS !!  thats why sometimes balance is not updating for so long, and genaraly is updated slow.

actualy no, I cant confirm cause my balance i s now 0.00 , I think automated payout occured.

before last block you was at 9.28346, now at 9.42671...i don't see any problem here...can you confirm?

I know this is just in beta, and your beginning this pool, but it would be nice to see:

-How many shares each worker has done.
-when the last block was completed
