Why Charity

I work as a full time network engineer/trainer for a leading managed service provider. Aside from my technical role, I also help lead charity initiatives within the organization. I do my best to volunteer time and financial resources to local charities in our area ranging from the Food Harvest to various homeless shelters.


NXT Challenges

Writer's need and want a story! Let's give them one! We've noticed that the technical story doesn't appeal to a lot of writers and they are asking for something that appeals to their readers. This ís appealing and we can piggyback Nxt on this story. We can feed them technical stuff to include in their articles to use as they see fit.


The Win/Win

I'm all about the win/win when it comes to crypto.  By supporting this initiative, we're not only helping sick children that could truly use our support but also showing that this community understands the value of giving back. Now that's something to write about!

Deadlines

In order to become the headlining sponsor, we need to turn the money in by Feb 27th at the absolute latest.  If we do not reach that goal by the Feb 27th deadline, we'll send Songs of Love the amount raised and still create a press release around that number.  The address of Songs of Love will be posted and we will have the director, John Beltzer, verify it was received.


NXT Press

Once we break $2,000, I will coordinate with the different PR teams to start creating press releases and get them out to our contacts. If you're not familiar with our results, take a look at NiftyNikel's Miami Bitcoin Conference Reports:

Summary

If $30k can be raised for a bobsled team, surely this community can come together and help raise $10k for sick children.  CoinTropolis will start off the party by donating 10,000 NXT to this venture.  If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them in this thread as quickly as possible.
