The most hilarious thing about NXT is the monetary system. It was hyped like crazy with supporters constantly chanting that it would be the thing that could finally take NXT to the moon.
It's literally nothing more than a way to donate NXT to proof of waste miners.
I doubt many people expected a pump with this feature, MS was intended to create other coins which could have the value instead the own NXTs... If you can't see the potential of this feature...well, I wouldn't bother spending many time. With MS you can create a crypto with the same functionality as Bitcoin, litecoin or doge and withouth worries about network security because is backed by nxt network and not a small net of nodes if you launch a new bitcoin clone...
And not all MS coins are mintable, that is only a way to distribute them, maybe cause a lot of crying miners which have been talking shit about nxt for a whole year -.- If you want to distribute them by other methods, you can, but remember that the whole bitcoin community will be crying forever...
