We need to introduce measure that prevent everybody to forge @ one VPS because as the result will have this only one VPS. There will be no reason to own nxt node

Now I need 2 things:

API request to start forging automatically after just another nxt-client failure
Request should accept key that differs from secret pass-phrase. Key shouldn't be kept in secret

I want to assign an automatic payment on any date. For example, if I have to constantly make payment for some days.
