Update tool works (on https://*:7875 only for me) for verifying hash, but I was NOT able to download directly.

50.000 NXT are worth $2600 right now. If you could forge a block with it every 2 days you would get 15 blocks a month. NXT could be great, but not as it is now.
Currently a block have between 0-5 NXT in average. Later when they have to fight for a place in the block the fees will grow much higher. So you will get a constant flow of money with only $2600 of investment now.
Just say there will be about 100 NXT in each block. That would deliver 1500 NXT each month. Assume a NXT will have a value of 20ct later this will make a sum of $300 a month. With only $2600 of initial investment.
