Yeah but even now I try to withdraw btc with 3.2 fee (it used to be instant as promised) and it is pending. i am paying %3.2 fee and it is not automated...

That is fine, and even the fees can can be ok if you COMMUNICATE it to the people! I am ready to join your team to do this if you have no resources. DGEX seems to be acting in a short-term perspective.
They are ruining their reputation which should be worth a lot once more and more people join Nxt.

Just saw dgex was down
I think that makes https://peercover.com/#/simpleGateway the only place to trade NXT. Based on my urging the guys at peercover worked through the holidays to make a NXT trade page. It is built on ripple and so no centralized server.
So far there is very little volume on ripple. I had asked the founders to create some inventory, but nobody did. I don't have enough NXT to make a deep market, but since it is the only place to trade NXT now, maybe more people will use it?

No problem with trading fees. They are overdue to get a correct idea about market volume - which is lower without people riding the spread. Withdrawal fees just smell like trying to keep people in NXT.

DGEX is a disaster. They never sent me my approx 1,200 NXT, i emailed them 2+ weeks ago, they replied 1 week later to the effect of "we trust your issue has been resolved". I emailed them back and said it has not, and no reply. Just stole my BTC.I agree they also cancelled possibility to withdraw NXT for free - I ask why 1,4% its worse than banking fees!!! even Bank America has lower fees. And especially from somebody who apparently came in into NXT from the beginning who don't have to solve financial problems for the rest of his life

I'm afraid I myself done trading on dgex. More than 1 BTC in withdrawal fees total, I'm still waiting for my BTC withdrawal from yesterday, and this disabling login without so much as a line of explanation thing really pissing me off.
