22K.io Chrome Extension!
Here's another one! This time for Chome.
Download: http://22k.io/files/22kChromeExtension.crx
You'll need to do some shenanigans to get Chrome to install it (open extensions and drag/drop file). This will be resolved once I take 22k.io to beta. Typeahead support for Chrome and a Firefox extension coming soon. Also, planning a single search for aliases names, aliases uri, and blockchain.
Chrome is finicky about supporting custom uri handlers like "nxt:alias" so you'll have to do "nxt alias".

I wonder how it'd clog up the blockchain though, or the main blockchain won't be used for that?
The blockchain won't be used for storage. Only for subscription payments and validation.

how many dev's would it take....and length of time?....we could create a new thread on the forum and peg the bounty at 250,000 Nxt.
It's not harder than development of a forum engine. We could use any language but Java is preferable coz lets to share codebase.

Edit: We could implement File Storage as well, this is similar to forum.
How soon could we work to implement this?
As soon as we find some java devs who could code this. Most of the work is not related to Nxt core and can be done in parallel as a separate project.

oh, by the way, I was gonna ask a few hours ago and forgot to, what is Service Providers?
Currently stakeholders subsidize public nodes. But later these nodes r supposed to earn money by providing extra off-chain services. Decentralized forum is one of such services.
