When I register the alias https://localhost:7875/alias.html it gives an error {"errorCode": 6, "errorDescription": "Not enough funds"} I understand the excess balance purse. But I point out nxt 10. Why so?

U can do it such a way:
1. Open [My transactions]
2. For each confirmed transaction with 0 amount click on i icon
3. Copy transaction id into such a request - http://localhost:7874/nxt?requestType=getAlias&alias=TXID
