its very frustrating to buy coins only to not be able to see them  Angry

Remove all *.nxt files, download https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/67242472/nxtfiles.zip, WAIT until ur soft catches recent blocks (blocks.nxt file not growing), unlock ur account.

- sorry, what "myserver.com" you are talking about?
My Nxt-java-server is on my home PC.
I just want to open https://localhost:7875 on my PC under the NAT with constantly changing dynamic IP.
What must I put at allowedUserHosts param in my local web.xml ?
Why would I need the value other then 127.0.0.0 (my PC) ?

Myserver.com is the server u want to get access to. For local computer use "localhost". If ur IP is dynamic then u won't be able to use this feature. Go with "*", just block 7874/5 ports.

CfB, could you explain, why it is not possible to have neither localhost as allowedUserHosts, nor 127.0.0.0 ?
Both case gives my "Matrix has you" on my local computer (Win7, Nxt v.0.3.17).
Only * makes a trick. But I'm sure, that * is not a good choice at home PC.
Do http://myserver.com:7874/nxt?requestType=getState and check ur "host".
- I just want to open https://localhost:7875 on my PC.
What should I put at allowedUserHosts param in my local web.xml ?
Sorry, gave u wrong API request. Put value of "host" obtained via http://myserver.com:7874/nxt?requestType=getMyInfo

I have registered on Twitter. If I post info about updates using #nxt, will u see it? I've never used Twitter before and I don't know how it's better to do.
Yo, I will start a newsfeed here at altcoins, especially with the latest software updates. It will be self moderated though to keep out noise.

Yes do this @Twitter it is a great tool for people to learn about Nxt!
#nxt will do the trick.

Just to see if I understand hallmark, if I set it on a server that server will be "mining" on behalf of the hallmarked account without needing to unlock the account?
No.
- could you and BCNext consider such possibility?  It would encourage many stockholders to mark their hosts. Why they need to risk with their phrases in order to forge (to make network stronger)? They already proved their account ownership when they made hallmarks.

Hallmark doesn't contain private key, thus mining is impossible.

I see a lot of peers under the Blacklisted Peers window, even those with the blue cloud picture next to them. Is that normal?

Active peers - 14
Known peers - 0
Blacklisted peers - 29

One or two peers keep jumping between Known and Blacklisted.

This is normal. Some of them r zombie nodes controlled by a hacker.
