5. hit enter and ur wallet is unlocked for staking for xxxxxx sec

as soon as ur in the console window and start typing walletp there should be a dropdown where it offers the "walletpassphrase" command

I saw you asking for miner, while i dont see any for windows I followed the link for the linux one,
seems to work.
Maybe someone can try compile it for windows?
