When byteball's mainnet releases, is there any gpu mining or cpu mining?ithink i saw blake2 somewhere i didnt remember, isit true? How byteballs will create?i saw a number of total byteballs .its about 10¹⁴. Whats this?

Dev said, i will get %1of total of coins. How many dev will get?

What is blackbytes? i havnt got any btc any btc address.. So wont i get any blackbytes? Where will blackbytes use?

i installed android wallet, havnt got any btc,so how can i get blackbytes testnet. Or main..

And when i see this project, i remember siacoin? is it really similar of sia? Or not? Can u explain? ( maybe algo blake2b near)

And, (ican buy some BTCs) if i need some btc for getting some blackbytes, must i have bitcoinQT ( for havegot private keys) ?? Or can i use exchange btc wallet?

Lastly. i see some long address, maybe those joined btc address then # byteball.org ( seems like that) what does it mean ?  Can u explain it?

Thanks for ur answers..

Edit:did  i totally misunderstand?  is it  "colored coins" = blackbytes?   On bitcoin blockchain?  Huh

I see a lot of confusion in your questions, perhaps you confuse Byteball with some other coin.
The best way to sort out the confusion is to read the OP.

And, (ican buy some BTCs) if i need some btc for getting some blackbytes, must i have bitcoinQT ( for havegot private keys) ?? Or can i use exchange btc wallet?
You need any wallet where you control the private keys, e.g. BitcoinQT.

Lastly. i see some long address, maybe those joined btc address then # byteball.org ( seems like that) what does it mean ?  Can u explain it?
Please copy the address so I know exactly what you are talking about.

so we moved into October, is it any clearer when will this project launch distribution?

"Then the number of bytes and blackbytes you receive on the launch date will be proportional to the BTC amount on your linked address in a specific bitcoin block (e.g. in block 437000 which is expected late October - early November)"

i already claim on 2..but the problem is i cant send bk-b if testnet faucet doesn't attribute me an address..so if a new user has not claim bk-b by testnet..i cant send him bk-b !

I hope this will be resolved in beta wallet.

Why? You can.  You start a chat with the other user, he sends you his address, you click it and pay in blackbytes.

I try but when i send i this alert message: impossible to send for privat asset, need récipient device address to send private payload to..

Please click the address in chat, not just copy and paste the address.

But when i open pair chat i cant submit à request because i not bk-b in my wallet.

You don't need to submit a payment request, just send your address in chat.

nope sorry i cant i no blk-b address in new wallet.

Every wallet has at least one address, and that address can hold both bytes and blackbytes (and any other asset for that matter).  If you thought that there is a special "blackbytes address", you misunderstood.

What are those addresses in default witness list?

They are the addresses of witnesses.  The Main Chain, which goes through the DAG, gravitates to transactions authored by the witnesses, and it serves to establish order among transactions and resolve conflicts resulting from double-spends.  See page 9 of the white paper for more details.

I got this. But whom do these addresses belong to? Do they all belong to you, or do you have a team of witnesses? Who are they?

As of today, all testnet witnesses belong to me.  I run them on 12 servers in different places around the world.  On livenet, they will be replaced by independent trusted companies and individuals, and the witness list will change over time as the community decides to update it.

The witness list you see in the wallet is sent with every your transaction.  If you want to replace one of the witnesses, you edit its address in the list.
