You don't obfuscate obyte into obyte black, you just exchange Obyte Bytes into Obyte Blackbytes with Freebe exchange http://freebe.byte-ball.com/
Obyte native currency (Bytes) and Obyte privacy tokens (Blackbytes) are 2 different assets.
I thought you should ask tonych for help or LoyceV, who created a topic on blackbyte for help.

I'm sure the 1,000 pages of the Obyte thread accounts for something, maybe even Google's search engine is directing new queries to this thread. And also the old holders may go back to this thread to look for updates.

As far as I'm concerned, announcements of announcements should be avoided, they seem to just create hype, pumps and dumps and burnt people. And no matter when the announcement is made, insiders will always dump on late comers, that's how it has always worked when a new listing happens/is announced.
As for a listing on Binance, I think the probability is very slim, because they don't have a history of having the coin devs hint to a listing on their platform, but who knows. Anyway, imo it's not gonna be Binance, I just hope it's not HitBTC...
Binance has rules for new coins "if listing becomes known prior to listing - the agreement is canceled". All interested parties aware of it. I had Byteball wallet installed on my Android smartphone for over an year now.
Few days ago, I had to clear cache for google play services app on my phone.
After that when I updated all the google app(s) and then logged into my byteball account then all my bytes are gone.
Probably I ended up logging into a new account.
Is there any way to recover my old account? I don't seem to have taken any kind of back up.

So it looks like GBYTEBTC is rallying a little due to speculation on the Top 10 exchange listing, since today was the last business day of the month any idea when it will get announced?
With such a good project like Obyte, it has to rally especially when most of crypto market turns to Green.It will be strange and unbelievable if Obyte does not rally in such positive market.

There has been no announced of that exchange name, it was just said that TOP 10 by volume on CMC will be adding Obyte bytes. Obyte can't announce the name before they are ready and they are not ready yet.
Also, this was in latest newsletter: "Several weeks ago we wrote that Obyte would soon be listed on an exchange with significant volume before the end of March. There has been a delay. The exchange had some technical issues with their usual server host, and now will be using a different host. Last we heard they were syncing their node, so this listing should happen soon. It still might be before the end of March, but there are only a few days left for our estimated timeframe to be correct. We are sorry for the delay."

If you find zero use for your blackbytes, you can send it all to me. 
Eventually, it will be adopted. Maybe by the Dark Markets, who knows? New coins always find difficulty in minimum adoption in its first 2 to 3 years. Hell, I remember Monero had zero use too.

I know the bet feature of Obyte, but I don't know why the Obyte team did not create a gambling topic for Obyte and this feature?
Would the Obyte team mind disclosing reasons of this, please.
I think that the Obyte will get more usages from gamblers if they know more about the bet feature on Obyte network.
I used this feature sometime, and honestly it is very easy to bet.

Because Obyte is not a gambling platform and these gambling products are not provided by Obyte, they are provided whoever decides to build them on Obyte platform.
OByte just has some oracles who post data (sport event results, flight delays, bitcoin block hash/random number) to DAG that can be used by these products.
Random from Bitcoin last block can be used for lottery, Obyte uses it for itself on draw bot. Maybe Luckybytes (product owner posted about that product on Bitcointalk too) or maybe dice bot also used it, not 100% sure, anybody can use that data.

I have today update for you guys:
- The price chart has still shown good indicators for future growth: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/obyte/
- Volume has been nearly tailed off.
- Current price worths around 5% since the all time high.
I have a suggestion to Obyte team, someone should be in charge to keep the topic clean.
It looks trashy by now.
I love Obyte (former Byteball) and its simplified features.

I have come to understanding that there are few people here who like this trashy feeling because it means that nobody is going to censor them here. Bitcointalk has the same appeal what many cryptocurrencies have, that you can't be censored. I am guessing that's why those people still haven't moved to Reddit, Twitter or Discord.
