Do the bytes from the test net work? Every day a gift comes in the wallet. I'm struggling for nothing. I could not fully understand.

People complaining could give suggestions, because the only method fairer than this is POW, the problem is there are no blocks here... and this is probably a good thing, because @tonych is not trying to replicate Bitcoin.

he was given many suggestion long before main net. He chose to ignore them. As yet the motivation is unclear.

To be 100% honest though it was not as bad as it could have been. Lisk, wave and komodo seem to be the largest whales.

I was told the second largest wallet (6.9K) is ICONOMY project wallet. Didn't check that information though...

Well if true thats another whale that could crush the price on a whim.

I strongly dislike this method of distribution. It is totally unfair. I like a bit of BTC and got some but I will gladly watch it sink to zero value if someone clones this with a better distributional method.

If it is cloned I hope they give tonych something for his design once they launch. However to see a direct clone bypass byteball will be signal to other devs not to launch with such a ridiculous method.
Dude, you complain that whales have zero risk to link their addresses, but the small fish also have zero risk by linking it. With regard to ico addresses, it's not just like individuals are linking it, these are addresses of foundations. If Apple wants to hold Microsoft shares, that's their problem. Blacklisting the addresses would be even worse, especially in the crypto space.

Even if you clone it, it won't have the original developer and the integrity behind the development which Tony and his friend are doing Smiley

No risk, no fun!

Sasha from waves has no byteballs left to sell, he sold all he had for 35 BTC. Sasha can't sell his byteballs twice, he's dumped them already.

I doubt he sold all of them, he never said that ...

How many byteballs they get? I suspect they got about 4000-5000 GBytes. With price around 0.01 BTC/GBytes, and low to 0.007-0.008 BTC/GBytes, they probably sold all and got 35 BTC, they probably dumped at any price.

Really? If sasha sold them for 35 BTC, it will be a good deal, because this coin is not on any exchange, means worthless right now
you are totally wrong...

cryptox.pl and u missed already the cheapest part Wink

@_sunshine-: why is POLO a shit exchange? Give me some arguments! Its not number1 for BTC trading but the best for Alt Trading with reasonable spreads and fees and a good liquidity.

Would love to see Polo start trading BB and BBB, the sack channel has been good but there are so many shit coins listed on Polo, it would be nice to add this project to their portfolio and kick a few off at the same time.
Actually polo is a shitexchange, that became a popular with eth pump. So is not one-way traffic, good coin also can transform shit exchange to top exchange

How can i change between byteball wallets ?

I made a new one and now i don't know how i can login again into the one i had for the snapshots...

What do you exactly mean by login? You can restore your wallet if you backed it up https://github.com/byteball/byteball#byteball-backups-and-recovery.

I get byteball from faucet android wallet, its real byteball balance or only testnet balance
Thanks   Grin

These are test bytes, so not valuable ...

will hold my 700BTC shares byteball for one year.

700 BTC shares byteball?  We got a whale in the house!  Cheesy

Coinmarketcap gives 1,499 BTC as the market cap for all the byteballs distributed. I doubt anyone was given 700 BTC worth, that's almost half of all byteballs distributed. It would require linking approximately 30000 BTC to get that number of byteballs from the distribution.

BTCspace surely meant that they linked 700 BTC not that their bytes are worth 700 BTC Wink. Given the amounts that were linked, not sure this makes them a whale, maybe a killer whale (orca) at best Grin.

Their linked address is http://btc.blockr.io/address/info/1NGfrU4YNp8dox1gLeUDyjD5Vpfck9no5j, according to transition.byteball.org, their Byteball address is https://explorer.byteball.org/#SFPURB5NPKCDF7MR5A6LZBKLYRUFQG7O, it received almost 6784 GB. When they announced they made 35 BTC, this was the lastest unit https://explorer.byteball.org/#qDyFL4aqedVkCPzIFYCvczKy2oW1vKFIErbUouK7V2w=. If they really sold all of it then the price was a bit more than 0.005 BTC/GB, so if they did, it wasn't through cryptox where the lowest price was 0.007 .... so probably no re-destribution but just a transfer from one whale to another ...

I'm holders some amount btc on Christmas Day, when bytes will be distributions?

Distribution has already happened, if you didn't link before the snapshot that was taken on the 25th, you'll just have to wait for the second round.

sold to who and not even on the market place.... ha yes that sounds legit.

come on coin cloners clone this and distribute it out properly not give it all to a few whales.

If this is the case you should be happy because it means cheap byteballs were available and were bought by other people and the distribution is now even less concentrated in a few whales hands.

But yes, it's good to hold byteball for now... I'm curious what will happen with black byteballs.
