4. MY RDP didn't work from the start, had to wait 2 days, after that, still with plenty of errors, useless to work with!

6. NO REFUND, after asking 5 times... + their client area is so slow, my shit goes faster than that.

Actully we have xenon-1276 v6 for admin user and 1220 for awe users (storage)
Each cpu is shared between 15 users

I see that you provide the RDPs with the highest amount of storage around here. I was wondering if you had any servers that actually had an even better storage-to-price ratio. I do not need any significant amount of any other different resources, so those would legitimately not matter much. I am also looking for object storage, but I doubt you would provide that. Feel free to prove me wrong, however. I also do not need admin access to the server, so the AWE lineup would work fine, or any equivalents to it.

We are performing complete Server upgrades.Adding new servers and configuration etc.
Temporary new orders will be on hold/refunded as requested and will be processed on the 15 Feb.

One of the user had tried to create loophole and want to delete all server data , that's why we shut down the server and banned that user too.
So it took time in this process.
Now the server is secure and your data too.

For installing programs of your own choice you need to upgrade to Admin plan.
In this plan, you can send us a download link of the program you want and we will download it to your RDP window.
