I expect a tough fight as both teams does not really have that experienced players though home ground advantage will with be Pakistan . So as such it would entertaining to watch out how the two teams proceed and plays though security would be the top priority for any player their .

It's a great opportunity for entire Pakistan nation and this should not be wasted because of some minor group. I am sure the loyal, patriot Pakistani citizens does not like any kind of bad naming for their country, they love cricket as much the other south Asian countries does like India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc.

The first ODI is scheduled for tomorrow and they have included just two cities in the tour (the three ODIs in Karachi and the three T20 matches in Lahore). I guess it will make managing the security easier, if they restrict the venues to just two. Anyway chances for anything untoward happening is very low, as recently there were no such attacks in Pakistan.

Coming to the match, I am afraid that they are going to be very one sided. The top Sri Lankan players have refused to tour Pakistan and therefore the selectors were forced to give chances to the younger, inexperienced players. For many of them, this is going to be their first foreign tour. Let's see how quickly they get adjusted to the conditions.

Talking about attack. Do these people (the attackers) really realize that ultimately they are ruining their own name? Do they really like their own country? Or they are living in a country where they don't want to live. For these group of people the entire Pakistan team is in a shithole.

Pakistan used to have a good name, as a team and as a cricket hosting nation. Now it seems they lost everything. They know it yet they are still struggling to restore the name.

They got a chance and they need to use it if they want their lost respect to get back. Hope they will use this opportunity.

What they are going to do without star players such as Lasith Malinga? He was the sole performer during the T20 series against New Zealand early this month, that went on in Sri Lanka. His record breaking spell (5/6) have Sri Lanka a rare win against tough opponents. The performance of the other bowlers was below par during that series. And to add insult to injury, now one of their main bowlers have been handed a one-year ban (Akila Dananjaya). His bowling action was termed as illegal by the ICC.

Brave? I doubt so. The chances of any attack occurring during the tour is very minimal. But the Sri Lankan board badly needs the revenue and therefore they have agreed to the tour. Those who refused to be part of the team have other options, such as playing county cricket in England. Anyway I am glad that the youngsters are getting a chance. And who knows? They may be able to perform a few upsets.

But if the SL Board had any prior information in this regard. Then they should have abandoned this tour entirely in the first place, which they didn't and SL Board did precisely opposite by briefing their regular team about security etc. it was a players choice to opt-out from this tour due to safety or any other reason ( Read; NOC Demand).

Karachi and Lahore are safe in comparison of let's say north-eastern part of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa so there shouldn't be any Terrorist threat. Can't comment about other countries but India is not in the mood for next decade or so ( Our diplomatic relations are fucked).

It's a big opportunity for Pakistan to prove themselves that they are still good to be a host nation. Too many political agenda which is also not good for Pakistan cricket team. Good thing is that Sri Lankan management is taking risk but somehow it turns out to be a mess then the loser will be Pakistan management again. I do not think India, Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa even West India, Bangladesh and Afghanistan team will take any risk considering the possible things could happen in Pakistan.

There is no comparison between kholi and Sachin. If you will compare the stats by the time Kholi will retire, you might see Kholi making more runs than sachin because these days we have a lot of ODI and T20 as compare to in the past. But this will not reflect the true comparison.

For me, Sachin is a player of the century and Kholi might be the player of the decade.
