With 90% of the revenues coming from India, the TV rights holders are concerned that if by some chance India gets kicked out during group phase, then they will lose massive amounts of advertisement revenues. They are conveniently forgetting the fact that during the 2007 World Cup, it was Bangladesh which caused the exit of India (not one of the associates).
