Today's match of UAE vs Scotland is a very tough one. Team UAE won the toss but they decided to do bowling first. According to the current statistics, the match is highly in the favor of UAE team and they are most likely to win the match if they continue playing like this. In 19 over Scotland team has made just 64 runs, and they have already got 4 of their players out during those overs. Scotland team has very fewer chances to cross the 200-run mark, and if they score anywhere around 170-190, then it won't be a hard target for team UAE. I'm quite sure that UAE team will have victory in this match, but it's still too early to decide. Someone on this forum has betted in support of team Scotland, and I think that guy will lose the bet if team UAE wins the match. However, the shape of the match can change anytime if Scotland team gives their best.
I thought the UAE team was strong enough. But UAE's performance in the World Cup Qualifier matches disappointed me. They lost against Sri Lanka and Oman. And in today's match also UAE team is going to lose against Scotland. Scotland set a huge target of 283. But UAE batsmen are not playing well. UAE has already lost 8 wickets and collected only 170 runs. UAE need 113 runs in 16 overs to win. And I think it is impossible for them. Scotland are looking for their second win today after their win against Ireland in the first match.
I also thought that UAE team would show strong game-play against Scotland, I thought that because they were bowling good in start, and Scotland team wasn't doing worse in the start of the game. But, out of sudden, the team Scotland started playing well, and they made an unexpected score of 282 run. Once I saw that score, I somehow guessed that team UAE won't be able to reach the target of 283, and I was right in that prediction. Team UAE performed very poorly today against Scotland, and they were expected to play like this. The UAE team is still quite new, and they aren't good in winning the matches. Their performance is getting poorer in each new match, and I don't think that they will be able to compete stronger team if they continue playing like this. Team UAE will have to do better if they want to get some fame in cricket otherwise, no-body will ever support that team.
