I've updated the verification requirements, to provide 2 options of not providing a bank account number.

For those overseas that are not aware, the name and address of Australian citizens are public information and are publicly available on the Australian electoral commission role. This information is not private. It is also mandatory to vote in Australia, so all citizens are on the role.
