I know that this will lead to a lot of disputes but its also necessary.

If I announce that a certain member who has his account collaterised has not paid back a loan then you will be the first one to award him negative trust. And negative trust accounts sell for half the rate of the original accounts.

review my sent trust history. I believe there to be one sent trust because an account was for sale, and that was only because the seller was trying to scam potential buyers because he had an outstanding no collateral loan. Within the last 10 pages alone of my PMs I have probably received requests to buy at least 5 accounts whose identity was disclosed to me and none of them were given negative trust.
