Hi,

pools are not working

ok Amsterdam Pool seems to be fixed...

I'm going watch it for a bit longer then move the code to the other servers.

Sry Im going on 36hrs no sleep getting a little buggy...

There are LOT of miners that that did not even come close to getting what they should have gotten.

I will sort it and you WILL get every coin owed.. just gonna need to write something a little custom to deal with history.

my miner still can't connect to asmterdam server Sad

I use this address : http://amst01.phenixpool.com:9500  (it was working this morning)
Also noted that the "getting started" page now indicates this address : ash01.phenixpool.com  (which my miner does not like neither)

sry about that, I started working on issue in Ashburn, but it was not busy enough to get data fast enough so i took what I had so far and moved it to Amsterdam.

I will correct the page and look at connection issue. I've been messing around a far bit...

Can you make some other games besides poker too?  blackjack etc?  an entire casino feel to it?

i believe they have honest intentions here and dont run a quite complicated pre mine scam (creating a poker site and exchange etc)
Or the poker and exchange is all part of a greater conspiricy? Im pretty sure the US is involved here!

I think I'll just take some of the premined coins for free and let others mine the new ones.

His giveaways are a tiny percentage of his premine.

If the price goes up he will offload loads of coin and laugh all the way to bank.

They are giving away 3-5% a week it seems to me. Not sure if it is a good idea to give away more in the start, but Im sure that could be disccussed.

Anyways, you make a good point and the best solution would probably be to put the premined coins in escrow with someone who is only releasing them when they are needed for givaways. Hope the Phenix guys could comment on if they would be willing to do something like that.

You do see the difference between preminig to give the coins to yourself and preminig to use to support the coin? So far the developers seem to have a good plan on how to use the coins. Now, should they stop spending the coins on what they have said they will do I will have a problem, but until then I can clearly see a nice benefit. I am sure you do too when you open your mind from the notion that: premine = has to be terrible.

I have no problem with a premine in the right way and for the right reasons.  This is not the right way.

The guy premined over a million coins, and you think this is going to be the next big thing?

I hope they will come up with lost coins..

Ive been mining and using this coin since the start..
Its like we suport you, bu witch such a ripoff pool.

Its gonna be hard to believe it will not be a scam for some peeps, evenfor me its start to get shady.. Sad

Sry I have been busy with pool code... I'm still working on it, I can see whats its doing, the why is the problem.

All share history is there, once I get it sorted, I will recalculate the proper payouts.

They have said they are going to make the pool payment right and I trust them to do it. Really doubt they would go through all this trouble setting up the poker room and trading stuff just to scam some pool-users.

That said, I agree that it is kinda annoying to finally be in on the ground floor on a coin that I think could become huge and not get the actual coins yet...  Sad

And to everyone who think there is a virus in the client, really? Do you think someone would set up all this stuff just to spread a virus when it is obvious that all you have to do is create a thread announcing a new coin and everyone will jump on it no matter how little effort is put behind it and download to get first in on the mining.

They should have taken their time and tested things thoroughly. Sure, they probably have no bad intentions, but they sure are amateurs when it comes to pool operation etc.

The ash pool says my 190 khash/s is supposed to net me 1000 coins a day but I'm not getting nearly as many. However when I solo mine I can't find any blocks. Do I need more hashing power or did I set up solo mining wrong?

i left mine on for 7 hours.. with nvidia 460ti 150khs.. woke up with 350 coins (solo mining)

Be careful of the pools, at least the phoenix, az one. I should have woken up to 10,000 coins, but instead got 100. Solo mining for 10 minutes now and already got 150 coins. Pool ripped me off by 99% of my profit.

how much hash you put on the pools?

1.2MH for ~10 hours. Pool consistently said 20,000-24,000 per day in stats for that hash rate.

i have my 1.2mh on it all the time i was in bed and a bit before so about 10 hours too and my wallet says 6k ... so yes u need some coins i would say.

Shit thats a whole difrence with my wallet :/
