anybody have info on this year's VENOM tournament(s)? i've been grinding the step tourneys and now have several step 3 and 4 tickets. sadly i now see the site is still showing the december 2019 schedule: https://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker-promotions/the-venom/

i'm just trying to find out when the $2500 $6M guarantee tourney is happening. i emailed support a few days ago and no one responded. (yikes!)

someone please tell me i didn't just grind hundreds of dollars in buy-ins towards an unannounced tournament. Roll Eyes

I'm a little shocked. These guys did not even bother to answer your comments. Do they really have such big problems? Or they don’t care about their customers at all. I think that everyone understands that such reviews negatively affect their reputation and they will not be able to exist normally in the gambling market.

He is correct, the site doesn't care the customers, you can see my previous post, they don't care cheators' multi-account, they are fucking cheating on the ground.

Even idiots know they are same person's accounts. He gets benifits from the promotion.

I complain to support, they said you are investigating this thing more than 1 week, this cheator still play in your site, and he is more crazy, open 2 accounts in blitz poker, so he can get 2 hands in one 6-max table. It is unfair to play against such cheators/bots in one table, why you don't do some right things? Crack them down.

As an update, ACR did not honor my multiple withdrawal requests. They kept returning the funds to my account coming up with stupid excuses and new rules as to why they would not honor my withdrawal. As far as I'm concerned, do not deposit on a site that causes multiple issues when you try to withdraw. I've given up on my $500 balance and played it away. I agree with the previous poster and this is a scam site now. Screw playing in a $5 million dollar bogus tourney when they cant even afford to pay out a small $500 witdhrawal. I learnt my lesson and am leaving negative trust for the OP of this thread due to their affiliation with a scam site that does not honor withdrawals and has deceptive withdrawal policies. Plus there has been no update from the OP, so I assume they are compliant with the scams. I encourage people who have been scammed by this site to do the same. If the OP responds I will update this thread.

Another factor in leaving negative trust is the fact that telephone support and live chat do not currently work. This is probably due to an exit scam that may be pending.

Please apologize for the delay in my response, I will be more than glad to look into this for you, please provide me your screen name in order to investigate, waiting to help you further.

To comply with the minimum withdrawal have to comply with preconditions? or is it only verified by some admin of the site? since if it is removed I imagine that they should be without problems, in order to speed up the processes of entry and exit of money.
